The Quality Journey

Harvest

Fruit is picked only when Dry Matter > 22%. Field crates are kept in shade to prevent heat buildup.

Wash & Sort

Upon arrival at the packhouse, fruit is washed, sanitized, and hand-sorted to remove defects.

Machine Size

Automated sizers ensure uniform fruit size per carton (Count 12-32) for consistent retail display.

Blast Cool

Packed pallets enter blast chillers to rapidly drop pulp temperature, locking in freshness.

Cold Store

Stored at optimal temperature (5°C-6°C) while awaiting loading to maintain shelf-life.

Export (CA)

Loaded into Controlled Atmosphere (CA) containers for transit to Europe, UAE, and India.

Export Seasonality

We offer year-round availability with peak seasons for Hass, February – July and Low Season, August – January with Fuerte season November – March.

Strategic Logistics

We primarily utilize the Mombasa port via Maersk for reliability. We offer flexible Incoterms including CIF to your port or FOB from our Makambako packhouse. Airfreight is available from Julias Nyerere International Airport, Tanzania.
